Google book settlement delayed, DoJ has antitrust concerns – Ars Technica

    • Authors, academics, and online content sources are all raising objections to the settlement that would see Google licensed to manage orphaned works, but the judge overseeing the case sends a message that he’d like to keep things simple. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice reportedly has some antitrust-related concerns about the agreement.
